I just registered with my colleagues in the PDL for a motion to commit the Administration to enter the "Network Italian city for the family."

This is a group of cities that have signed a protocol to develop a new welfare system based on subsidiarity, which can empower families by making them, along with the tissue normally present in the territory of associations, service providers and not just recipients of services.
How then reinvested the savings of a welfare system like this? Creating a municipal tax for families, this important body that helps to access social services and to pay meno tasse.
