E 'resolution dated 20 October 2010 laying down the implementation of the Decree of the Minister of Economic Development, in consultation with the Minister for the Environment, Land and Sea 6 August 2010, for the purposes of' promoting the production of electricity through photovoltaic conversion of solar energy.
The text contains new provisions for the implementation of the Energy Account.
Appendix A published 17 articles about the arrangements for the implementation of the PV system, the conditions for admission to the incentive rate, the increase and the premium, the terms and conditions of payment of tariffs and and increases the premium.
