Thoughts on various national policy ... and in general.
It 'been so long since I write about national politics, perhaps because, I confess, the mess that is happening to me a bit' removed the words. And why talk about it all and I do not like to be one of the many eheheh.
Perhaps the reader is supposed to do, point by point analysis of the successes and failures, problems and virtues of the political party of which I am a member of Berlusconi's government. Do not settle for two reasons. First, because the discussion will wrap up after two seconds and become dull and unnecessary claims of "My good they are and your bad. "Second, because I want to talk about something that I feel a bit 'higher than the individual facts. I know that you will think that I do to change the subject and not talk about certain subjects uncomfortable. I do not care, think of this as well. In this I think time is more helpful to talk to each other. Anyone who wanted to talk about other things feel free to comment, write what you want among the comments. Maybe I happy to insert it into the discussion. 'right that those who want to say what he wants, as it is right me to talk about what to think about at this time.
I want to speak about two topics. Morality and the role of politics.
Morality may be one of the main reasons for possible fall of the government. I've always been one of those who cares what a politician does at home because for me what counts is that a politician does as he works.
I am convinced that in the events that happened in the direct question Berlusconi exaggerated. If it is true that he, as they say, if asked for it, but I think that these events, as well as those involving other politicians (from Marrazzo Fini etc..) Have created a loathsome figure: that of the city controller. A kind of regime on the other hand (or a counter-regime, if you prefer). A situation where people are angry, and rightly so, because he has more and more empty pockets but in the end, instead of thinking of that, is lulled in these continuing controversies and moral scandals. Citizens, journalists and voters who think that their role is just to check. An electorate that controls and does not propose anything. This is how alienating this relationship according to which people look askance at the always political, and not speak to us "why-so-all-is-a-shit-and-are-all-equal."
Again, people always has good reason to get angry, but if the information is not riding this incazzatura offering more content, but only scandals do not go really anywhere.
As to the role of politics, I think there are two dominant trends in equal measure at this time. Whether one thinks that the policy has done too little and should do more, both to those who say that politics is all a crap and you have to do without it. I tend much more to the second (except the fact that everything sucks, too commonplace on!), And because I love to madness that beautiful girl called Subsidiarity, and because, to be honest, at this moment I am not the national policy more enthusiastic as ever. Politics is not everything. We are everything. Everything must start from this point, everything can and must come to us even without the policy. The policy must satisfy only the good things we do or can do for I am appointed as sacrosanct and the Common Good. And who cares if it goes along with care, we find another way to achieve them. It seems a trivial thing, but it is a change of perspective that can be very powerful.
And in all this that I do now? Many friends have asked me why I did not go in FLI. Many take me around the party they are. Others have given me valuable advice on how to continue to judge and witness. Judge in the sense of looking at reality with a critical eye and think. Witnessing in the sense of doing something. In that time I have taken strangely passionate work as a counselor, just given the growing chaos at the national level. Unconsciously I tried to increase my small and limited testimony. I'm glad to be back to the market to make flyers, I'm glad that I was pissed because someone wants to build a town hall in the park, I'm glad we got through the approval of the entire Board, the entry of Grugliasco in a network of cities that have decided to do, and not only offer more , a real family-friendly tax regime. Perhaps clash with the rest, but these small pass me, maybe a little 'pride, claims. Allotment by this, convinced that the best container for my content has been and still is the PDL.
