Photovoltaics, bureaucratic obstacles in one click

PV Legal Consortium has launched an online database on the processes and bureaucratic obstacles to the installation of photovoltaic systems in 12 European countries, Italy included. Information about waiting times, duration and administrative costs.
Almost all European countries have understood the potential of PV and are working to implement policies and incentives to encourage the development of this sector. However, there are obstacles, especially bureaucratic nature, the so-called non-technical barriers that prevent or slow the development of the PV market. The PV project

Legal, an initiative co-funded by the Intelligent Energy Europe (IEE) of the European Commission has published an online database where you can find a list of bureaucratic obstacles to the installation of photovoltaic systems of 12 countries as partners. The database, launched by the PV Legal Consortium, has been online since May 17, 2010 and contains the results of six months of research in 12 European countries, the project partners (Bulgaria, Germany, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia , Spain, Czech Republic, Great Britain).

The user will connect to the website Legal PV, in fact, can benefit from a detailed analysis on the costs and steps to be incurred in respect gli obblighi burocratici e amministrativi legati alla realizzazione degli impianti fotovoltaici. In ognuno dei 12 paesi è stata svolta un’analisi secondo tre segmenti realizzativi:

•impianti residenziali su tetto
•impianti su edifici commerciali
•grandi impianti a terra
Legal

PV wants to be a useful tool for players in the photovoltaic market and policy makers who may have a view about their own country and a comparison to the situation in other European countries. The next step planned by PV is the creation of a Legal Advisory Paper, or forums and meetings where policy-makers and network operators of the major European PV markets will confront.

The PV LEGAL database is accessible for free at: PV Legal .
