Yesterday March 27 was held in Trieste, at the dojo of Master Marolla, a monthly appointment with the practitioners of Aikido Iwama ryu del Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Three hours of training that focused above all on ushiro waza and thanks to which participants were able to refresh your memory. At the end of training, to give the bottom of any residual forces, took on a hint from behind and its application of aikido.
At the end of training were conducted kyu tests for the passage of which saw promotion to 1 st kyu Pasquale, and Ivan Robertson. Congratulations for this reached another milestone!
fatigue and thirst were properly restore order to the bar tender training near the dojo (it will be a chance that only a few feet?:)).
