Soddisfazione per le decisioni del Parlamento è stata espressa dalle associazioni delle imprese del settore e dagli ambientalisti; qualche perplessità resta invece tra i tecnici e i cittadini in merito alla mancata pubblicazione, da parte dell'Agenzia delle Entrate, del modulo per inoltrare l'istanza.
